We get so many inquiries about the best way to get started with a yoga practice. This weekend we have a beginner series workshop with Sat. Jan 21st from 12:30p - 2:30p.

$35 per person gets you individual attention to the basic structure of a yoga class, the traditional breakdown of a vinyasa flow, q+a and a 5 class package at a special rate. Sign up via mindbody ⭐️

Maybe you’ve met .elaine as you checked into St. Elmo as our studio manager, or maybe you purchased one of her candles?! To know Hope is to know she has ambition, drive and a love for our community. Not only does she co - manage the studios, run her own small business she also did our yoga teacher training program and now she can add Yoga Teacher to her resume. We love to watch strong, driven young women succeed and we are so proud of her ♥️

Meet Julia — she started her journey with Southern Soul a little over a year ago as a client, then you may have met her at our front desk in Northshore! Now Julia leads Hot Ballet, Reform45 AND will be graduating our YTT program in January!
