Coach. Competitor. Leader. Inspiration.

Over the past few years, Jaime has been on an incredible journey to better herself physically, mentally, and emotionally. Between coaching CrossFit, leading Black Dahlia Powerlifting, training Personal Training clients, and competing in powerlifting meets throughout the year, she still made the decision to prioritize her own growth, too.

The changes Jaime has made in her body composition, nutrition, mindset, and overall spirit have been nothing short of inspiring. She is dialed in, committed, disciplined, and leads by example every single day.

We are so proud of how far she has come and grateful to have her as part of the Whitebelt Athletics family. 💪🖤

Let me tell you about Abigaile. 💙

Abigaile joined us about 7 months ago when she finally was fed up with not feeling like herself or recognizing herself in the mirror.

Before kids, she was super active, athletic, and fit. Always on the go. But as her family grew, her focus became all about them and their needs instead of her own.

When she joined Whitebelt Athletics, she didn’t just “try to work out.” She committed. She showed up 4-5x per week, lifted heavy, dialed in her nutrition, and trusted the process. 💪

The results speak for themselves:

⬇️ 20 lbs of fat lost
⬇️ 10.5% body fat
⬆️ 7 lbs of muscle gained

The 5 biggest myths about CrossFit ⬇️

1️⃣ “You have to be fit to start.”
Nope. CrossFit is designed to HELP you get fit.

2️⃣ “CrossFit causes injuries.”
Bad coaching and bad form cause injuries. Good coaching changes everything.

3️⃣ “It’s only for elite athletes.”
Most classes are full of normal people just trying to feel better, get stronger, and stay healthy.

4️⃣ “Every workout is extreme.”
Some days are hard. Some days are slow, technical, and focused on movement quality.

5️⃣ “CrossFit is intimidating.”
Walking in is the hardest part. The community is what keeps people coming back ❤️

At the end of the day, CrossFit is simply functional movement, accountability, and people doing hard things together!
