A dragon boat is 46 feet long and has 20 paddlers, a drummer, and a steerer. No experience is necessary, we will be glad to teach you! We practice through the summer and participate in

the local Chattanooga Dragon Boat Festival as well as other Dragon Boat festivals in Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. All equipment is provided. Come on out and join the fun! No problem, this is a great way to get out on the water and just have fun while getting some exercise. Paddles Up!

5 DAYS OUT!

The countdown is on! In just 5 days, the Chattanooga Dragon Boat Club will be heading to Montgomery, Alabama to kick off another exciting race weekend.

Our team has been putting in the work on the water, and we're ready to represent Chattanooga at the Montgomery Dragon Boat Festival. We can't wait to race, make memories, and spend the day with the incredible dragon boat community.

Wish our paddlers luck as we prepare for race day! 💚💙

As our team continues to grow, we need everyone’s help with setting attendance before practice. Knowing who is coming helps us plan ahead, fill the boat, and make practice run smoothly.

How to set your attendance in InstaTeam:

1. Open the InstaTeam app.

2. Go to the bottom bar and tap Events.

3. Find the practice date you are responding to.

4. If you have not set attendance yet, tap the orange Attendance icon.

5. Select Yes, No, or Maybe.

Please make sure to update your attendance before each practice so we know how many paddlers to expect.
