We all want to be healthier for something, and all of these reasons are valid and all of these goals are achievable with the right trainer, the right guid

ance, and the right support. In the loud, busy, and sometimes intimidating world of fitness I want to create a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive environment. A safe space for all members of the LGBTQ+ community and anyone who just feels like they don't fit in. Here we can break through our personal barriers, expand our comfort zones, and press forward. Together, We Will Go Beyond!
