Let’s hear it from Hope on this FLEX IT FRIDAY!!:
“Being a part of the Bar studio family has impacted me in SO many ways. It has helped me grow, physically and emotionally, and also helped me lose (weight, inches, excuses). Throughout the changes I have experienced, I have always felt strong and supported by the trainers and the gym community.
•
For me, the main attraction of the Bar studio is that the workouts are fun, challenging, and make me feel proud of myself. Sometimes the hardest part about the workout is showing up to it but the supportive and tight knit community helps provide accountability for this. I may not always want to workout, but I am ALWAYS glad I did once I finish.
•
Another reason I love this gym is because the trainers actually care about you and push you to do your best. They are compassionate but realistic and often times check in on your mental fitness and promote a growth mindset. (I can do hard things/This is tough, YOU are tougher).

All of these things helped me build a healthy routine and change my outlook on working out. Now, I look forward to moving my body and I celebrate what I can do.

I’m down 30+ pounds and countless inches. I can do actual push ups. I feel so much stronger mentally/physically and connected to my body. I’ve gained confidence and awareness, as I now see working out as my stress relief. That in itself is one of the greatest gifts I can give to myself. ❤️”
