A little flash back Friday for y’all! Im so proud of this accomplishment and all the hard work that I put into it. My current physique isnt as extreme but I continue to train, nutrition is well.... I’m staying clean but enjoying food 😋 having treats from time to time. I do plan on competing in the future, I loved this experience and learning how far I can push myself. As would say “next time your going pro!”

The picture on the right is August 8, 2017 the day I gave birth to my son. One year later is the picture on the left. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would accomplish competing in a fitness competition.And placing top 5 in the world bikini diva 35+🏅 I had talked about competing for years and I had always wanted to go for it! This experience brought so much to my life, if anything I hope that I can motivate and inspire all you moms out there!

I really can’t believe it’s been a week already since I competed in my first WBFF pro/am competition. On top of that starting off with worlds! I have a million people to thank. My husband especially for supporting this crazy fitness dream of mine. My coach for pushing me and motivating me. My family and friends for being so positive. for my golden Goddess bikini. for my absolutely stunning formal gown! The list goes on and on, but I did want to express my feelings and love for everyone that was behind me on this journey.

WBFF 2018 top 5 🏆in the world in the 👙 Bikini Diva 35+ Amateur. My first competition and I’m beyond thrilled with the outcome. The hard work and sacrifices that not only myself but my family invested into this fitness adventure of mine. I’m so thankful for my husband Cedric Laignier ❤️ that has supported this dream of mine since day 1. My amazing coach that pushed me through 💪🏻 and friends and family for their love and support! Time to celebrate 🎉
