Summer is around the corner, and there’s no better time to reset, refocus, and challenge yourself in a positive environment.

Our 6-Week Summer Slim Down Challenge officially starts Monday, May 18th at Slim Body Fitness.

This challenge is designed for both members and non-members who are looking to:
• Lose body fat
• Gain lean muscle
• Improve accountability
• Build healthier habits
• Feel stronger and more confident heading into summer

Whether you’re trying to get back into the groove, stay consistent, or push yourself to the next level, this challenge is built to help you stay motivated and surrounded by a supportive community.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:
• Access to all regular Slim Body Fitness classes
• Additional challenge-only classes
• InBody weigh-ins and progress tracking
• Community accountability and motivation
