Support for Braxley the Brave 💜

We are auctioning/raffling off 2 baskets at Turkey Bash to help raise awareness for ACTA2 research and Multisystemic Smooth Muscle Dysfunction Syndrome, which has affected one of our XLT families.

MSMDS, caused by a rare ACTA2 gene mutation, is a devastating disease that touches every aspect of life for children like Braxley. For her, MSMDS means facing heart surgery before most kids can walk, battling painful bladder infections, struggling with every ray of sunlight, and living each day under the shadow of strokes and life-threatening vascular emergencies. With continued support, breakthroughs in gene therapy could transform MSMDS from a disease of fear to a story of survival, allowing Braxley not just to fight, but to truly live.

🅿️PARKING FOR THIS WEEKEND🚨

In the image you will see RED which is NO PARKING and GREEN which is YES PARKING.

There will be NO PARKING ANYWHERE in the cul de sac, around any of the buildings next to us or on the north side of the street by the storage units.

You CAN parking in CrossFit XLT parking lot around back and in the big field or on the street further down the road.

Please relay this information to your friends and families that are coming to watch. We do not want anyone to get towed.

Thanksgiving Food Drive 🦃🧡

Please join us in helping those in our community who may be struggling this Thanksgiving.

We’ll be collecting boxed mashed potatoes, canned green beans, sweet potatoes, noodles, pasta sauce, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, soup, and other nonperishable food items to support the local food pantry this holiday season.

You can drop off donations at XLT Turkey Bash on November 15! 🏋️‍♀️
