Quick update: Back 11 holes are now open for play.

We still have cleanup to do on 1-9 but those holes are getting close to re-opening. Please avoid these holes as there are still a few dangerous leaners.

Good morning! Just wanted to give a heartfelt thank you from all of us working hard at Stonykill to all of you who have volunteered your time or donated to our clean up effort.

We’ve met with the town and logging company, worked hard cutting up dozens and dozens of trees and have been making steady progress on the course. Plans are in place for the remainder of the work to be done. There’s a couple more widowmakers to take down, but we anticipate the back 11 holes to be open in the coming days. Holes 3-9 won’t be too far behind.

Keep your eyes peeled for a few more upcoming work days, and our gofundme is still open for donations!

Gene and Rick are out cutting on hole 12 if anyone has time to volunteer moving logs and limbs today.

Course is closed to casual play this Saturday April 4th for New York Team Challenge finals. The course will be completely full all day. Please use UDisc to find one of our other awesome local courses!

Stonykill DGC will be closed to the public this weekend. The Stonykill Scramble tournament is a two day event for singles on Saturday 8/30 and doubles on Sunday 8/31. Spectators are welcome, but please consider playing at another fun course in the area. Thanks

Caution: Hornet nest by the 9th tee, at the base of a tree going up the hill to 5’s basket, just above the cement post. It will be addressed before doubles league tomorrow!
