Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout and cross-training fitness class providing cardio, strength and core work in a one hour, interval format (including warm up and cool down stretching time). HIIT training alternates between intense bursts of
activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. Tabata provides a variety of exercises for all of your mu
scle groups, that vary for each class to keep your body guessing! It is one of the most effective and efficient ways to burn fat and boost aerobic capacity! Tabata Boot Camp participants will burn calories and tone muscles in this 60 minute workout, which includes a warm-up and cool down stretch. Participants of all ages will work out at their own intensity, while having fun and getting fit. It's a great workout for all levels and abilities (everyone works out at their own pace without complex choreographed moves).
