Boot Camp Chatham If you love exercising outdoors, if you would like to work out with friends or make some new friends, if you hate the gym but want to be fit...JOIN US!

My name is Mary Austin and I am offering a Bootcamp group exercise class in Chatham! Boot Camp is an hour-long, total body work out which consists of cardio and strength exercises. We use bodyweight, light hand weights, resistance balls, medicine balls and other fun stuff :). I show modified exercises for the beginner as well as more challenging exercises for the advanced. It's for anyone who want

s to be fit! Summer 2021 classes run from June 28 - August 16. Monday and Wednesdays from 8-9 a.m. at the Chatham Community Center. Fridays at 8 a.m. at Hardings Beach. Saturdays from 9-10 a.m. Just bring water and a mat or towel. Classes are $15 and or 8-pack classes are available. You can join us any time and do not need to sign up in advance. We wrapped up Boot Camp season #15 Monday! 25 classes, a community of hard-working, fun people from around the world (our first New Zelander joined us Monday!), lots of sweat and laughter to get us through all of those squats, lunges and pushups and $2606 going to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Congrats to Rob, our attendance champ, who I got to see 23 of those mornings! I'm already looking forward to next summer!
