Recovery after your work out is almost as important as your workout to feel your best and get the best results.

- Fueling yourself with the right food. Depending on your goals if it’s to lose weight, gain muscle, or to just maintain where you are eating whole foods with all the right components (Protein, Carbs, Fats)
- Staying hydrated is important to recover from your workout and prevent any muscle cramps that can come with muscle fatigue and dehydration
- Rest your body recovers best when sleeping aiming for 7.5-8 hours of sleep is ideal
- Stretching helps reduce muscle tension and flexibility
