Certified class and personal trainer through Meca Back Institute (MBI) and a licensed Mixed Martial Arts trainer through Mass State Athletic Commission. Design programs that best fit clients' needs and time. I provide the experience, education, and one-on-one support to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Attended UMASS Amherst & Springfield College for Excercise Physiology. CLASS SCHEDULE:
Boot Camp: Mon-Wed-Fri 5:30a-6:30a & 6:30a-7:30a
