🎃 ✨ We’re bringing in October with our next athlete of the month challenge: Vertical Jump!
Vertical jump training offers a wide range of benefits, including increased lower body strength and explosive power, improved athletic performance in sports requiring jumping, enhanced balance and coordination, a reduced risk of injury, and even improved cardiovascular health and bone density.
We’ll spend this month working with our athletes to improve their jump, focusing on proper form and incorporating exercises into their training to strengthen their leap.
We’ll start by marking the height of your standing reach on the wall, then your best out of three jumps. Each week we’ll set new PR goals and talk about how improving upon this exercise can help also improve your overall performance in tennis, football, soccer - you name it!
