I currently live in Charlottesville, VA but I am originally from New York. I teach a variety of different fitness classes, and keeping healthy and fit is a passion of mine. I've been dancing for as long as I can remember, and I don't ever see myself stopping!!

I am a licensed Zumba Instructor, Zumbatomic instructor,Zumba Gold instructor and Zumba Affiliate. I am available for kid's birthday parties (4-12), and small group instruction. I am also an AFAA certified Group Exercise instructor, and I am CPR/AED certified. I started with the Zumba program back when VHS was still a thing (yikes!) It was the only work out that I have ever stuck with, and I have been licensed to teach now for 2 1/2 years! I promise you will leave my class sweating and smiling!
