Exhibition FAQ
Does everyone need their own ticket?
No, we recommend one ticket per device, but you can purchase however many/ few you’d like.
What are raffle tickets?
We will be giving away Club Gym t-shirts! Each ticket comes with a raffle ticket and each donation comes with 2 tickets for every $10. We will announce winners during the meet.
Will the meet be recorded?
Yes. Tell your friend/ family member they can ask me ([email protected]) directly for the video if they can not make the scheduled time.
Will I get a reminder?
We will send an email out before the event, but put it in your calendar now so you can be sure not to miss it!
Will I get a fundraising credit?
Yes, if you sell X amount of tickets and participate in the meet (either doing gymnastics or volunteering.
Will I know what time I am going?
Because people are likely to change the events they are doing, we can’t guarantee a specific time. If you have a family member or friend that only wants to log in when you are going, that is completely fine, just text them with updates!
What is the money being used for?
gym rent, coaches fees, meet registration fees, competition expenses, new leotards, subsidy for nationals, and lowering membership dues
Can my family member/ friend donate but not come to the event (virtually or in-person?
Yes! They can purchase a ticket and not use it or just donate any amount.
