As a father my only goal in training myself is to demonstrate to my son what it truly means to be strong. Strength training develops the heart mind and body ensuring that when the time comes we are ready for anything. Every day that I train clients or develop meal plans and training regiments for individuals I think about the example I am setting for my son. My life revolves around him and the example I am setting for him. In these short 10 months since he was born I’ve realised father’s will never be able to tell our children how to live but we must live and let them watch us do it

1) Training for strength development increases neural efficiency
The Force that is required to move a certain weigh, the more muscle fibers that are recruited. The cool part of this is that you recruit more fast twitch fibers earlier on. These fast twitch muscle fibers, more prone to growth, will be doing more work, which means speedier gainz!

The education of a man is never completed until he dies ~ Robert E Lee
