We are starting week 5 of our 12-week Cycle. This 12-week Olympic Weightlifting cycle is designed with three 4-week microcycles.
Microcycle 2: Intensity & Refinement (Weeks 5-8)��This microcycle increases intensity and introduces more complex variations of the main lifts, challenging strength and technique under heavier loads. Accessory work continues to support overall strength and joint health.
