Hello families!! We have been working very hard to make our online virtual classes a success for the children. I just wanted to take a moment and say THANK YOU to all those parents out there who have been able to support us throughout this pandemic. We are truly grateful to all of you. Check out our Facebook weekend challenge tomorrow right here on our page. Families will have one day to complete the challenge and send us some pics of the kids or family doing it. We will try and share as many as we can. GET OUT OF YOUR HOUSE TODAY AND TAKE THE KIDS FOR A WALK. FRESH AIR WILL DO WONDERS FOR YOUR BODY, MIND AND SOUL. GO FOR FIT KIDS hosted our first virtual class today. Mr. Dan had an awesome assistant showing the kids how it is done!! Great job Raina. We had close to 70 children and it truely was so cool to see all my kids. Thank you parents for your support and patience! Without you GO FOR FIT KIDS would not be possible!

We will be posting some fun family activities that you can do at home. We will have some family challenges as well as posting some fun lesson plans you can use with the kiddos.
