📣💙💚🔱 One of the most meaningful parts of cheer is watching athletes grow from their early rec days with Steele Creek SeaGals all the way to high school competition, still side by side, still supporting one another, and now winning Nationals together 🏆💙 💚📣

What makes that journey so special is the coaches who believed in them from the beginning 🥰 Coaches who gave opportunities, built confidence, taught discipline, and helped create a foundation that carried from rec cheer into high school success. The same encouragement, expectations, and care helped shape not only athletes, but a true sisterhood.

These friendships were built through years of practices, performances, challenges, and victories. Becoming more like family with every season. It is a gift to see the impact of coaches who invest in young athletes for years and help create memories and opportunities that last far beyond one season.

From rec to high school, from learning basics to becoming National Champions, this sisterhood is a beautiful example of what long-term coaching, opportunity, and heart can build 🔱💙💚📣💙💜🐾 Palisades Pumas High School Cheer

It has been a blessing coaching you from Rec to High School Palisades Pumas High School Cheer with your dedication, leadership and passion. We couldn't be more proud of you as you continue your cheer journey at the collegiate level.

You leave a legacy everywhere you go. Being coachable with such a positive attitude is priceless to any team. You have helped us earn National Championships 🏆 All-American Cheerleader x 3 🤩 Performed at the Citrus Bowl pregame and halftime, as well as Captain. Abby you succeeded in cheer as well as our Hip-Hop team exhibiting a solo. There's nothing that you cannot do.

📣💙💚🔱 SeaGals Sisterhood Sunday 🥰 So great seeing these two former SeaGals and what they have achieved since advancing from our program. Both Aaliyah and Regan have gone onto top notch all-star programs, as well as high school cheer together. As if that wasn't exciting enough I'm more proud of the bond they formed at the SeaGals 🥰 These besties carried on the SeaGals Sisterhood torch 😍 We're excited to watch what unfolds for both their athletic and academic futures - Best of Luck Ladies 🔱💙💚📣

📣💙💚🔱 Chasing the Tide: SeaGals Edition 💙💚Beaming with pride 🥰 Congratulations Ovadyah Holmes on not only making the team, but also making UCA Staff too 👏 This girl right here is why the Steele Creek SeaGals was created. I wanted her to have amazing cheer opportunities like I had growing up. We evolved from traditional, to performance, from the Bandshell to the NHSCC in Disney, to the Citrus Bowl, to spending senior year in Hawaii at the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade. All the hard work and dedication paid off. Such an amazing opportunity to cheer for a D1 program. We are so proud of you in and out of the classroom. We look forward to seeing you further your cheer career. Thank you for making our programs proud 🙏🔱💙💚📣

📣 This former SeaGal has gone onto being a 4-year Captain of her high school basketball team

📣 Defensive Player of the Year all 4 years

📣 4x400 State Champion

📣 4x200 School Record holder

📣 Aubrey will be attending South Carolina State University with a scholarship this fall studying Applied Exercise Science with a career as a Physical Therapist specializing in Sports injuries

📣 Her talent inside the classroom was just as impressive with a 4.2 GPA!!!

📣 Aubrey is an all-around athlete that never left the passion for cheer as she was also an assistant cheer coach with her Mom .cheer 📣🫶

📣 Aubrey you were one of our most talented athletes with athletic skills as big as your heart. We wish you the best of luck on your college journey 🙏 Keep in touch sweet girl 🔱💙💚📣

📣💙💚🔱 Chasing the Tide: SeaGals Edition 🤩 Two former SeaGals, Ovadyah Holmes and Kinsley Polk were honored in the Rho Kappa National Social Studies Honor Society. These ladies met at the Steele Creek SeaGals and continued their friendship ever since. It has been an honor watching them grow together from SeaGals Cheer to their first day of high school, to leadership positions in Rho Kappa, as well as high school athletics. We are so excited for what the future brings to each of you amazing ladies. Keep showing up for one another in true SeaGals Sisterhood fashion 🫶 We love the relationships formed here 🔱💙💚📣

Thank you for attending Palisades High School's first STUNT the Sport tournament. Your energy and support is always appreciated 🙏 We told our girls you are everyone's Grandmother with your supportive and loving nature. Justice, our sweet SeaGal, was able to be introduced to a new sport. We truly appreciate your dedication and loyalty with our roles at the high school. 📣💙💚🔱 Teammate Tuesday 🥰 Ashling Curry, a former SeaGal, recently participated in the post level of the 2025 American Legion Oratorical Contest. To prepare, she had to study several amendments of the Constitution before compiling and memorizing a prepared speech in front of a panel of judges. She then had to prepare another shorter speech which further tested her knowledge of the Constitution after completing her prepared speech. She gave a solid performance and will advance to the quadrant level contest in February against other students from across the Upstate. Congratulations Ashling!! We are proud of you 🔱💙💚📣
