Today, I want to encourage you to keep working on your dreams and goals. Everything your heart desires is possible for you. Believe and have faith in the greatness that awaits you. If you can imagine it, YES, you can experience it!

Manifestation, visualization, quantum physics, and alternate realities—these are more than concepts; they're the threads weaving the fabric of our reality. Life operates on frequencies, with Love being the highest frequency. When you consistently remain in the frequency of Love for Self, God, and Life, watch as Peace, Joy, and Gratitude become your companions. Remember, life does not exist outside of you; You are Life itself.

Achieving the body, fitness level, and happiness you desire requires effort and the willingness to let go of what no longer serves you. True transformation begins from within—reshaping your mindset, nurturing empowering beliefs, and committing to the work needed for internal growth

As I reflect on my ongoing fitness journey, these beliefs have become my guiding light, leading me to embrace a holistic perspective to my lifestyle coaching. It's more than just food and exercise; it's about cultivating self-worth and trusting in your potential for daily greatness.

Standing here, immersed in the beauty of nature, I’m reminded of the incredible journey pursuing health and fitness has led me on. 💫 How has centering my life around wellness improved it? It’s been a soulful adventure, filled with growth, connections, and transformation.

Through movement and nourishing my body with wholesome vegan foods, I’ve tapped into levels of vitality and clarity I never thought possible. 🌿 This path has gifted me with more than just a fit body and physical health; it’s helped me develop a stronger intuition, spiritual awareness, and allowed me to experience divine synchronicity; especially the connections I’ve made along the way. I’ve had the privilege of meeting diverse souls from all around the earth, who have enriched my life with their unique energy, stories, and wisdom.

✨ And now, as I am in the process of rebranding and relaunching my online fitness coaching services, I’m filled with excitement and purpose. I’m specifically focusing on holistic feminine wellness, plant-based nutrition, and fitness because I’m committed to supporting ambitious women in their health and fitness journeys. As my schedule opens up in the coming months, I’ll be offering online wellness coaching sessions to empower women to thrive in mind, body, and spirit. Simple, satisfying, and sustainable! 🌱 As a firm believer in the power of whole foods, I’ve discovered that a vegan, minimally processed diet keeps me energized and my digestion happy. This plate of rice and red kidney beans, paired with organic baby butter lettuce and arugula, is an example of how plant-based meals can be easy, affordable, and nourishing. 💚 The beans, packed with protein and fiber, were soaked overnight, rice cooked fresh, while the greens provide essential prebiotics and micronutrients for a healthy gut. Did you know that adding more bitter foods (like arugula) to your diet can help regulate hunger, diminish cravings for sweets, and improve digestion? And who says cooked meals can’t have a raw touch? A little side salad never hurt nobody. Especially when it’s dressed with a light drizzle of olive oil, pink sea salt, and fresh lemon juice. For an extra boost of protein and fats, sprinkle of h**p seeds, a slice of avocado, or a small amount of cash is as the perfect touch healthy fats. Let’s uncomplicate nutrition and embrace the simplicity of nourishing, plant-based eating.

Healthy Snack of the Day: organic cherries 🍒

Cherries are fruit rich in vitamin C, magnesium, and polyphenols. Cherries have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help to reduce the risk of chronic inflammation from disease and help the body recover from stress, such as from strenuous exercise. Eating cherries can help improve your sleep and brain health.

But don’t get it confused, cherries are no magical superfood fruit! They can absolutely help improve your health internally and make you feel great, but healthy organic fruits are just one component of eating an overall healthy nutrition plan and living a healthy lifestyle. You can best reap the benefits of fruit when the majority of what you consume is healthy for your particular body. If you eat an abundance of processed foods, animal proteins, cooked foods, fast food, then eating natural organic fruits and vegetables is not going to do benefit your body in the ways it should. You must cleanse your body of toxins first. Clear out the garbage in your house before bringing in new energy (organic/raw plant based foods). Additionally, you should consider detoxing your body at least once a year for optimal health. I personally like to do so when the seasons change, 2-4x a year.

Women operate best when we take the time to learn ourselves, understand our bodies and flow with our cycle. Everyday is not meant to be a work day. Some days, “productivity” will look like rest and fun. As much as life is about living on purpose and creating meaning for ourselves, it’s also meant to be enjoyed! I have been a USATF Certified Track and Field Coach since 2018! In 2020, I got my Level 2 certification specializing in sprints/hurdles/relays. I’ve worked with adults of all ages throughout my career, including many runners, and varsity students who participated in sprints and jumps. I’m excited to be working with a junior varsity team this season to prepare them for their competition phase!

Yesterday’s flow for track athletes: warmup, sprint technique drills, acceleration drills, plyometrics, core exercises, & cool down. Youth athletes are still developing their coordination, speed, and strength so I try to give them plenty of opportunity to practice building their running skills while keeping the environment fun and slightly competitive! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏾‍♀️🏃🏼🏃🏻🏃🏽🏃🏾

Even though the concept for this business started more than 5 years ago, it’s taken lots of trial and error, failure, wins, trust, long nights, thrown out projects, studying, self development, constant work, faith and courage to get to this point. And the best part is we’re only just getting started!
