“My wellness intention in 2024 is to prioritize rest & recovery and to properly nourish & fuel my body. It’s so easy to get so caught up in the every day hustle both at work & at home and I often tend to put all things before myself, so I plan to (1) focus on being more intentional about starting each day with a higher protein breakfast, (2) to incorporate more active rest by continuing to take light walks and by adding in an occasional yoga class, and (3) make time to treat my body with sauna sessions, leg compressions, and/or massages to help with recovery and keeping my body pain free.”
