My Fridays as the Lower School Director + faculty member Charlotte Ballet Academy for the 5 week summer session! Started the day giving myself a barre before-
1) teaching Summer Intensive Level 2 Technique
2) teaching Level 1 Pointe
3) lunch from Salata Charlotte Salata Salad Kitchen
4) some admin work at my desk
5) teaching Level 1 conditioning
6) teaching the Lower School’s Ballet 1 Technique
7) relaxing at home w/ hubs + pups
