This Thursday October 3rd, head to for a night of donations, volunteers, music, supplies, and pints

In partnership with and , we will be accepting all donations to ship out to WNC shelters in need.

, and providing the jams, and providing the brews, with partial proceeds going to rescue, supplies, and disaster relief efforts

tickets will be raffled off to any who donate or apply to foster!
Physical donations welcome as well as monetary!

We are accepting donations indefinitely!

DONATIONS & FOSTERS NEEDED !!

Western NC holds some of my fondest memories and our people need HELP

Hundreds of animals have been displaced, abandoned, stranded, and left confused and heartbroken.

Charlotte businesses are running out of room for all the donations and that is INCREDIBLE

We will be collecting and shipping out donations via airlift and uhaul later this week and weekend.
We will be transporting goods in the coming weeks and working with WNC rescues and shelters to help with transport back to CLT for any volunteers.

If you have ANY capacity to help, please reach out.
We will take any donations you can 🫶🏼

a reminder to be strong
but also soft

I’ve spent so much of my life trying to be as strong and tough and untouchable as possible.

I’m learning to soften the blow.
Learning to unclench my jaw.
Learning to drop my shoulders.

My abuser’s trial started this week.
I’m on edge.
My nervous system is out of whack.
I can’t sleep or focus.
But I’m reminding myself how strong I am
How mentally tough I am
How physically strong I am
How emotionally capable I am

Sending love to all those who need it this week.
Especially my fellow victims as we hold our breath.
Especially to those struggling with any current battles- no matter how big or small.

No matter how hard we work, we show up, we put on brave faces, life is always happening.
Remember that in how you treat human beings.

The toughest ones are tough for a reason.
