My favorite way of enjoying raw red bell peppers is with some hummus! They put olive oil in their hummus instead of canola or seed oils!!!

Also next time you go to take a vitamin c supplement make sure it isn’t source from ascorbic acid! You want it to be from an actual fruit or veggie. Your body doesn’t properly recognize chemicals so make sure you feed it with REAL ingredients.
