After months of Air, noise & water pollution, still without clear communication of how long or severe this process was going to take, a neighbor was clearly pi**ed off listening to Jack hammers at 7am chiseling rock, or chainsawing thru pipes, or the beeping of backhoes, and they threw trash over their balcony. The contractors then chucked it all into the nearby little dairy branch creek when there was a dumpster available only 15 feet away. The most disturbing part of this, is the following email from Marsh Properties. Instead of advocating for their tenants, who they continue to expect timely rent payments from OR just giving clear communication that this process is GOING to continue through 2022 - they want to get to the bottom of who is making the working conditions sooooo tough for the contractors who cause noise disturbances 11 hours out of the day & who smoke ci******es upwind of the pool. This project, best case scenario will continue through the end of September - they will then move onto the other side of Scott Ave for a few months THEN - Have to come back to finish back down to Freedom Park - As in, this won’t be over until at least next Spring & They’ve been giving tenants the illusion with that with $200 off Rent thru August that’s when this project will be completed!!! Nothing but a LIE! When the property easement communication began in NOVEMBER of 2019, they knew fully what was in store for these tenants, some who have lived here for over 10 years. And they continue to hope no one will speak up or out again their wrong doing, Not today, Marsh Properties, Not today!!!!
