What a dominant postseason for Carolina! First Stanley Cup since 2006, when Michigan State Hockey alum Rod Brind’Amour won it as a player. Western Michigan University Bronco Hockey stud Brandon Bussi was the difference in net the last 3 games.

After years of doubt if it can get there, Carolina finishes the job.

Quite the season for Chris Jent as well. Won a Summer League title as the Charlotte Hornets Summer League coach. Now has another ring as World Champs as an assistant with the New York Knicks. Not too bad!

What a series for one that went just 5 games! New York Knicks earned every bit of that long-awaited title, but San Antonio crumbled when the lights were the brightest. NBA is better when New York is on the big stage again. Helluva team!
