We offer aerial silks, trapeze, lyra, rope, hand balancing, sling, straps, and cyr wheel classes. We have adult and youth programs! Private lessons, birthday parties, and private group lessons are also offered. Anyone can try aerial dance. No prior knowledge or experience is needed! (Not even a pull up)

Meet the AerialCLT Instructors! I (Nana) asked everyone to take a selfie in the air and they understood the assignment. Can you tell what shapes everyone is in??

Things I learned in this project...
- Everyone's got a different favorite skill! Skin the cats, meathooks, splits, someone said "anything but drops"... 😂
- Many of them hate my fave foods... Their loss, not mine. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our studio will have a limited class schedule 6/29 - 7/5 while our instructors pack up their bags and spend some time in a different kind of hammock. 😉 Rest is an important aspect of training too, ya know!
