First year of Thales Academy Girls Varsity soccer in the books. When I talk about this season for years to come, I’ll tell the story that was one goal line decision away from unfolding, I’ll talk about my intro into some fired up high school rivalries, and the eclectic group of young soccer players that just loved sharing the field together.

Starting the year 0-5 and finishing the season with a full flip in momentum and relentless self belief by turning around and ending 9-7 is just a glimpse into the type of resiliency they put on display.

Thank you all for buying into the process, the coaching, the mentalities and each other. Can’t explain how proud I am of all that you have accomplished this year and growth you showed me in such a short time. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for you all.

Thank you to me fellow conference coaches for voting me Coach of the Year in my first first season as a high school head coach. Can’t explain how honored I am and I hope to bring many seasons of good, positive and fierce competition.

Mark my words though,
we’re coming for that ship…

When my playing career faded, I thought I’d miss these moments forever. Little did I know they would stay with me, just with a new perspective. Now I look at my girls and hope they know how beautiful this time of their lives actually is.

Economical training is about being able to work on multiple aspects of your game at once. After a series of reps turning with the ball to ensure technically sharp habits. We then put those habits to the test by including them in the beginning of our fun but functional critical decision game (tic tac toe 😁😉) 🔥🔥🔥⚽️⚽️⚽️

The Veo system is an incredibly useful tool that helps with game analysis and film breakdown. Serving as a platform to connect the players and give them access to content that can serve to increase their ‘soccer IQ’ is essential to lasting success.

I'm partnering up with Junior Athletes again and heading back to the island over the Christmas break for our 2nd annual 3 Day Holiday Clinic at Mount Loretto.
