Your Boy's tennis team opened their season tonight with a 6-2 win over Lansing Eastern. Logan Wonch won 6-1, 6-4 @ 1st Singles.
Diego Hodge dropped a close second set tie break, but came back to seal the win in a super Tiebreak (6-1, 6-7, 10-5)
Eli Surdenik and Paxton Tucker dominated at first doubles 6-1 , 6-0.
2nd (Doug Hack/Max Wildern) 3rd (Robby Phelps/Cleto Cabrini) and 4th Doubles (Alex Stahl/Robert Williams) all won by default.
Peyton Edick at 3rd and Ben Emerson played very well in their singles matches.

BOYS TENNIS is ONE week away. Practices begin next Monday, August 11. Times are 3:30 to 5. Share with any 9th through 12th grader. Looking forward to a great season!!

We are very excited to announce that the Charlotte Public Schools Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.
You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Get Help”.
We are asking the parents/guardians of all students planning to play sports to create accounts in FinalForms and register your student(s).

Tennis Anyone? We have tennis lesson all summer long beginning on Monday, June 16th. Lessons run daily Monday - Thursday and can be paired with swimming lessons and/or Triple P (afternoon playground) to make a day of if. Call our office, scholarships are available. The Lady Orioles 1st Doubles team of Hannah Bodell / Andie Wildern and the 2nd Doubles team of Isabella Russo / Keilana Briney won their first round matches today at regionals in Marshall.

Celebrating Senior Night with a win!!!!

Your Lady Orioles flew high on Senior Night, defeating Leslie 7 - 1 and go into Regionals this week playing solid tennis.

We honored Seniors: Alexis Konietzko, Chloe Kim, and TK Panusukhum. It was a joy having them as part of this program and we wish them all the best wishes in their futures.

Cami Tuller, Ella Rademacher, and Andie Ames led the way with convincing victories in Singles.

Not to be out done , the doubles teams swept all 4 flights, posting 5 6-0 sets. These teams consisted of Hannah Bodell/Andie Wildern, Isabella Russo/Keilana Briney, Ava Decker/Natalie Penfield, and Ryleigh Witt/MacKenzie Johnson.

In JV action, doubles teams of Chloe Kim/TK Panutsukhum, Leiloni Carpenter/Jersie Smith, and Shelby Day/MacKenzie Johnson earned set wins.

GREAT DAY TO BE AN ORIOLE!!! 🎾🖤🧡🎾

Your Lady Orioles flew into their league meet today and played some solid tennis on a chilly and windy day. Winning matches today for Charlotte were:
Cami Tuller, 4th place at 1st Singles (Honorable Mention - All League)
Andie Ames, 5th place at 3rd Singles
Isabella Russo, 5th place at 4th Singles
Hannah Bodell & Andie Wildern, 5th place at 1st Doubles.

Ava Decker & Natalie Penfield at 2nd Doubles and Josephine Glanz & Ryleigh Witt at 3rd Doubles dropped close tiebreaker sets in long matches.

Ella Rademacher at 2nd Singles and MacKenzie Johnson & Haelyn Cupp at 4th Doubles left everything on the court and played well.

Senior night is Monday and then off to Regionals in Marshall next Wednesday.
