PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING...I've been wanting to do this for awhile, and after injuring my shoulder last month it gave me more time to really look into it. I have been working on a few different programs recently. Some designed strictly to increase someone's squat numbers and others are full Weightlifting programs (4,8 and 12 weeks long) designed with the main lifts as well as accessory work. I have also began making personalized programs for individuals based on their specific needs and desires in Weightlifting. Nick Baldwin is in the middle of a 12 week personalized program preparing for his first weightlifting competition in January. I am currently doing one of the 12 week Squat programs and feel great about how it is going.
