Hello,
Kennett Washington owner of Healing Strength Personal Training. Formally Home of Charlotte Women’s Fitness Boot Camp! I’m returning to the plate form with some exciting news but I need your help. For those that are formal, past, or current clients you are aware of some of the new projects and goals that I am working on. For others, if this post has reached you I look forward to connecting with you on this new journey!

Below is a past client Lisa who at one time was a part of my women’s fitness boot camp. I have tones of more before-after clients Lisa’s was the quickest one I could grab without having to crop and edit the photo.

Since the pandemic, I have been slowly making changes with my business. Unfortunately, we do not provide in-person women’s fitness bootcamps anymore. The great news is that I am building out a new brand and company that has been in the works for a while! It is both exciting and stressful with a little fear attached at the same time.

Never the less I have committed and just motivated as heck… for this next chapter. Speaking of the next chapter MOM’s this is where I need your help.
My schedule has allowed me to open up very limited time slots for a short period of time.
During this time I will be able to Radically change someone’s perspective on becoming mentally aware, healthy and fit.

If you are a mother, new mother to motherhood, or just a female in general below I have 3 questions for you to answer. You can answer these questions privately by IM me if you’d like or just answering them directly.
