This past week has been absolutely unbelievable. I had the incredible opportunity to dive into the Cenotes of Tulum, Mexico with Taz Diving, and I know I’ll be in awe for a long time. I can't wait to share this experience with more people.

The breathtaking rock formations—stalactites and stalagmites—the swirling sulfur gas, mesmerizing thermoclines, striking saltwater mixtures, and vibrant wildlife were beyond extraordinary. But more than anything, the incredible people I met along the way left a lasting impact on me.

Maybe the 3D Scuba family will take a trip here soon…

Reason #1,898,099 why I love Okinawa.

It is not unusual to spot a green sea turtle in Okinawa. What it is unusual is to be the first one to see it, or at least, record it.

Okinawa Turtle Spotters and Churamura Okinawa Sea Turtle Conservation ちゅらむら沖縄ウミガメ保護 have built a massive database to track the local sea turtles in Okinawa to help protect their habitats and enhance conservation efforts. These amazing organizations encourage divers to submit their sea turtle pictures to be added to this database or, if already on it, track their movements. They are amazing!

I was lucky to submit a picture of a green sea turtle that was not yet in their database and I, because of that, I got to adopt her and give her a name.

Got drysuit certified and purchased my first drysuit so I can dive year around. The local quarry gets down to 49 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter. I enjoyed learning a new skill. Never stop learning, peeps.
