Redhead Racing/RHR Midwest Syndicate Welcomes James Sindler as Vice President of Strategic Growth & Partnerships

We have a new leadership role focused on partnerships, youth driver development, and long-term growth for
Redhead Racing and RHR Midwest Syndicate.

We are excited to welcome James Sindler as Vice President of Strategic Growth & Partnerships, a role created to help strengthen the team's future through partnerships, youth driver development, and long-term growth.

James brings a background in athletics and entrepreneurship, and has spent a significant portion of his career helping teams grow from startup stages into multi-million dollar companies. More importantly, he brings a competitive mindset, a heart for people, and a deep understanding of what it takes to build something meaningful over time.

“This was an easy decision for me because you can feel what this team is about the moment you
are around them. Kris, Jacob, and Kaleb along with Nick Flynn have built a team with the kind of work ethic, commitment, passion, and knowledge that gives people confidence in where it is
headed. I am excited to be part of a winning race team, and I am even more excited about helping grow partnerships and create opportunities for youth drivers and families along the way.”
-James Sindler, VP of Strategic Growth & Partnerships

The addition of Sindler reflects the same personal, grassroots, and relationship-focused approach that
continues to shape the team's direction and the way it connects with the racing community. As the team
keeps building, the focus remains consistent: work hard, support drivers, strengthen partnerships, and keep creating opportunities for the next generation in racing.
