Feb 21-22: Chicago, IL
Feb 28-Mar 1: Charlotte, NC

(Unfortunately Matt and I will be in Tokyo and can’t be on deck in Charlotte).

Please ask me any questions. I’ve been in the water myself and have coached several. The results speak for themselves - you (or your athlete will become more efficient and faster)!

Attn IM Chatty athletes: the rumors are true, there will be a new bike course.

The course map has been posted. The total elevation gain is far from the worst case scenario being rumored.

I don’t know if this is a forever change. I don’t know if the 70.3 course will change.
