possesses the rare ability to accelerate from a static position and reach 20 mph within just 7 steps. This incredible skill is one of the reasons he ranks as the second all-time try-scorer in rugby and successfully transitioned to the NFL, despite having never played football before. It’s always a pleasure to have him here! 🦾

Congratulations to for being inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame! His work ethic, muscular endurance, and ability to disassociate his brain from his body were unbelievable to watch throughout each training session. He is an amazing athlete and was one of my favorite athletes to work with. Congrats, Chris!

recorded the fastest L-drill this year among linebackers at his pro day today, clocking in at an impressive 6.78 seconds! This performance would have placed him in the top 5 for both the shuttle and 40-yard dash at the combine. Doing the little things can lead to great things 👏👏

Big year for ! He’s not only a Super Bowl champion but has also just signed with the Raiders. What’s even more impressive is his incredible work ethic. Despite not playing at an SEC or ACC school, he has proven himself to thrive at the highest level of professional athletics. Shout out to you, Dareke—keep winning!
