hey team-
due to the distance increasing with the high school division riders we are thinking Backyard Trails (meet at Marion Diehl center near playground) and practice for 2 hrs (10:30-12:30) or any part you can do. it's not as easy to come late to this one to find group. Also how many dads are willing to ride since Coach Woody has a family committment- Scott will be there helping and riding as well. Let us know and thanks!

ok team! we are trying to simplify sock choices so you can just order on amazon!
here are 4 affordable options.
Last year we noticed so many eye catching team socks and since we don't need to buy new jerseys this year we thought we'd get our own snazzy socks?!
Options 3 & 4 are 9.99 for one pair. they offer more sizing options.
options 1 or 2 come in a set (so several riders could split a set or get their own set...they each have a bit of turquoise or black so they match the jerseys) but they don't have lots of sizing options- more of a one size fits all.

FIRST RACE MARCH 8! please be sure to register by Tuesday or you will have to register in person at the race and it will cost $30 instead of $20!
Pack your team jersey, look at other post regarding team socks and holler with any questions!
We are camping Saturday night at the race field.

Hey team!
Coach Woody will be out for NICA training this Saturday so our normal Sat. morning practice is canclled however who is available for Sunday afternoon?
also because we have no new team members and we have a jersey for Coach, I think we can get away with NOT ordering new jerseys and would like to do TEAM SOCKS! lots of teams had them last year and we are thinking something blue and orange and bold!
cast your votes on your favorites here: (the ones with mountains come only in size small men (5-9 or so) and the colorful grafitti ones are one size fits all, the solid color ones I was thinking maybe the kids could swap a sock and each wear one of each color or there are some other options that offer discounts the more we get) post the picture of the one you like the best below!

OPEN TO NEW RIDERS WANTING TO CHECK THE TEAM OUT AS WELL!
All riders MUST fill out the NICA waiver (see first comment for link below) and either print it out and bring with you or email before practice to Woody Wood at [email protected]
The rides are usually about 90 minutes and parents are welcome to stick around or drop off. Several coaches will be in attendance and we always welcome more parent coach volunteers!
If your student was a team member last year please be sure to re-register with the NICA PIT ZONE (you should have received an email in November).
Please be sure to bring a bike helmet and water bottle. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
