Take a Yin class with Kiesha Battles!

As part of Kripalu Online, Kiesha will be teaching Yin Yoga on Mondays starting 9/7 - 12/28/26. You can sign up for one free week and take Kiesha's class as well as explore other Kripalu online offerings.

Please note:

A credit card is needed to start the trial but will not be charged for the week.
If you do not wish to continue with the subscription and be charged, you will need to cancel your subscription before the free trial ends.

If you wish to subscribe for unlimited online classes, and continue with the subscription, you will be charged $39/month until you cancel.

Say hello to Amber!! ✨✨✨

Amber is a Charlotte native, Licensed Attorney, and trauma-informed 200-HR Certified Yoga Teacher whose life work centers on advocacy, equity, and collective healing. Her teaching offers gentle, mindful movement inspired by Ta**ra, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. 📿

"I love teaching yoga because yoga has been a space of freedom and peace for me. I am happy to share that experience with others, especially with those in underrepresented communities. The IAY community has been a space full of love, and has helped shape and is still shaping, parts of me. I am forever grateful for the IAY community and find it a joy to hold space for others!" 💜

Fun Fact: Amber has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and lived in Johannesburg, South Africa for a few months before starting law school. 🥋
