Got in a quick 10-minute flow this morning just to get my body moving. What I love about MM is that it’s all about meeting yourself where you are - it doesn’t have to look perfect. Even a little movement makes such a difference in how I feel.

As we near the halfway point of October, I’m reminded that this month marks the beginning of the holiday season - a special time to gather with loved ones and enjoy the cozy moments and delicious delicacies of fall and winter.

Amid all the celebrations, one of the most meaningful ways to honor this season is by making time for daily movement. Prioritizing yourself allows you to show up as your best—for your family, your friends, and most importantly, for you.
