A rare opportunity to learn from Kathak exponent Sonia Parchure.
Sonia Ji is a Mumbai based artist and she is currently touring US with her troupe, with their production "Krishna". They will be performing in several prominent cities across the country. Charlottians will get to witness their performance on September 5th.

After her remarkable performance last year at the Hindu center, many expressed interest in attending a workshop with her in the future.
So we have planned a workshop this year 😇

The 3-day workshop will be:
September 6th
Advanced: 3:30-5:30pm
Intermediate: 5:30-7:30pm

September 7th
Advanced: 4:30-6:30pm
Intermediate: 6:30-8:00pm

September 8th
Advanced: 4:30-5:30pm
Intermediate: 5:30-7:00pm

My dear friend and passionate teacher Vidya Murlidhar is offering this fantastic opportunity to students and parents.

Vidya is a creative writing mentor, and certified conscious parenting and breathwork coach dedicated to nurturing creativity, self-expression and the power of connection. Since 2017 she has been guiding children and families to build emotional awareness and creative confidence.
She has developed Calm is a Skill workshop, to help High Schoolers build calm, focus, and confidence and gain practical tools for emotional regulation that will help them thrive and succeed in the college years and beyond -
They will walk away with:�• Quick breath exercises�• Gentle vagus nerve resets�• Tools to stop overthinking�• Tiny action steps that build confidence
