Today I celebrate my Uncle Robert and Aunt Sallie
55 years of marriage
55 years of showing up
even when it isnโt easy
even when they donโt feel their best.
I am grateful for Uncle Robert, who faithfully teaches family Bible study every Tuesday, going live on Facebook to share Godโs Word with so many. His commitment reminds us that purpose does not pause when life feels heavy.
I am thankful for Aunt Sallie, whose love is always intentional and generous. She thinks of me often, sends thoughtful cards, gives special gifts, bakes comfort into treats and mac and cheese, and loves our family in ways both seen and unseen.
Their marriage is a beautiful example of devotion, service, and love that keeps giving.
Happy 55th Anniversary, Uncle Robert and Aunt Sallie.
Our family is better because of you.
