Michael is still sipping on wine and some delicious Hopfly beer after cruising through NC 70.3.

J.R. took the win in his AG at Kiawah Island Triathlon.

Let’s do our part to help John become the top fundraiser for Bike MS Tanglewood. He’s only $400 away from claiming the top spot.

For those who don’t know, the weekly ride this team grew from began as an MS training ride to raise money for treatment and a cure for those with MS. John Ritter is part of our team and courageously battling an aggressive form of MS.

The National MS Society's vision is a world free of MS. The Society mobilizes people and resources so that everyone affected by MS can live their best lives as we stop MS in its tracks, restore what has been lost and end MS forever.

Join us this Thursday, 6/23 at 1327 S Mint Street for a night benefiting our cancer community. Spend $24 or more at the brewery and you’ll get to add a name in honor or in memory of a loved one to the Hendrick Porsche Pace Car!

24 Foundation will be there repping Team Hopfly Cycling and collecting extra donations for our 24 Hours of B***y efforts. We hope to see you there!

This team knows a thing or two in getting after it in early season races!

Congratulations to Dan Warren, Kelsey Bucher, and yours truly for racing hard and having some fun at Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga a couple weeks ago.

Lindsey McGee went north and west of the border to conquer Ironman 70.3 BC!

And this past weekend J.R. Devine shaved a mind blowing hour off his time setting a new PR at Ironman 70.3 Blue Ridge. Kelsey Bucher crushed it just two weeks after Chattanooga. And then there’s the cheer squad extraordinaires, Elisa Sciorilli and Hope Dunlap. Yes, they even made the Roanoke paper with their cheering shenanigans!

Regardless if you’ve raced recently or gone hoarse and have blisters from ringing the cowbells, take a bow and recover!

These two met up for an easy run in South Charlotte. They set out to run 🏃‍♂️ 3 or 4 miles to ease back into things. Good conversation and a nice day out resulted in 7.25 miles.

Training, especially running, is more enjoyable with a buddy and teammate! 👊

Our fearless athletes were in action over the weekend and Medal Monday 🎖 is in order!

Kelsey Bucher took home 1st place 🥇female and 2nd overall in the third running of the O'CRUD 10k marathon swim 🏊‍♀️ which attracted 26 athletes from 11 states. A 6.2 mile swim is no joke.. Congrats Kelsey! She is truly a force to be reckoned with in the water 💦 and beyond!! Hats off to Doug Miller and team at Aquatic Adventures for putting on a stellar event.👏

Our newest team member, Lindsey McGee, recently moved all the way from Colorado to the Queen City. She ran 🏃‍♀️ and represented at the inaugural RUN 704 (7.04 miles) on rolling hills and greenway. Word has it she's gearing up for IRONMAN 70.3 Victoria 🇨🇦 in a couple weeks. Welcome to town and we're glad to have you! 🙌

J.R. Devine (not pictured) continued making it happen at White Lake and is clearly enjoying himself in the tri-world. Keep it up buddy!

Mr. Blake Hovis traveled west to take on the first full IRONMAN of the year within our team at the IRONMAN World Championships no less. In St. George, Utah, he pulled himself himself up steep elevation ⛰ on the bike 🚴 and pushed through adversity in the form of hip pain on both the bike and run to the finish. Grit and perseverance enabled him to hear the words... You.Are.An.IRONMAN. Way to dig dip and keep pushing! 👊

Medal Monday 🏅. The HopFly Tri Team got the party started this season with multiple team members landing podiums (including the top spot) and strong performances at Belews Lake Olympic and Sprint Triathlon, Lake Murray Triathlon, and SwimRun Lake James!!
