Target 🎯 Muscles
☑️Quads
☑️Glutes
TIPs
🔸Adjust your feet. You may have to hop out a few steps to make sure your knees are not going over your toes.
🔶Chest and keep your body upright
🔶Find a focal point. Do not look straight down at your toes, which will cause you to tilt your back
Add this movement into your next leg workout. 💪

Today I have Monkey Feet a try from Animalhouse Fitness] I was pleasantly surprised. I used it to perform hamstring curls and I really like how the I was challenge more in the eccentric portion of the exercise (controlling the weight coming down). With just little weight I felt it was effective. I look forward to giving it try with leg extensions. Thanks Animalhouse Fitness]
