The Steps Competitive Program is a structured training program designed to meet dancers where they are and guide them forward. Through clearly defined pathways, dancers are placed in programs that support growth, build confidence, and provide meaningful challenge through consistent training and team experience.
Every dancer has different goals, strengths, and readiness, and every family has different lifestyles, time, and financial considerations. That’s why we’ve intentionally created multiple pathways that allow families to choose the experience that best aligns with their dancer’s goals while still providing strong opportunities for growth, challenge, and connection.
