Taking a page out of Coach Sam and the Clover Elite Girls 09 team. Training at home 15 min a day will change your game!! I’d love to see some videos of our team doing these drills. I might even throw a video up myself!! Games this weekend!! Preseason was awesome everyone worked hard now let’s get it!!!
