REMINDER! Our league is chartered for Little League, and each summer, our All-Star teams compete in the Little League International Tournament beginning with Districts for the chance to advance to States, Regionals and for Majors (12U), Juniors (14U) and Seniors (16U) the Little League Softball World Series on the ESPN family of networks.

Last year, our Majors won our third straight District title and for the first time ever, advanced as State Champions to compete in the Southeast Regionals (Warner Robins, Ga) on ESPN!

Practices will begin the first week of March, and games will likely start the week of March 24.

We continue to offer all age groups including 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U / 16U.

The journey ended for our Mallard Creek Majors All-Stars in the Elimination Bracket Final yesterday morning, as after a 1-1 tie through six innings, Florida outscored the ladies in extras, concluding their THIRD ITB game of the Regional.

The outcome wasn’t what we’d hoped for, but to our Mallard Creek girls, coaches, families and fans:

We had the time of our lives watching you make this amazing run.

We are sooooo proud of you!

You all made Mallard Creek program, District 3 and State history, as the first MC and D3 team and the third-ever NC League (Rowan, Pitt) to play on ESPN.

You played with all gas and no brakes, flexed on TV and showed the world how great you are.

You put Mallard Creek Little League on the map.

Your entire Charlotte and multi-county softball community and countless Leagues across our state were watching and cheering you on.

Truly remarkable.

Thank you for the adventure of a lifetime.

We will be watching these games and talking about this team for years to come.

Coaches - Kyle Turner, Manny Hernandez and Scott Lowder, thank you for your hard work, personal sacrifice, guidance and love you showed our girls in leading them throughout this incredible experience - from the regular season to playoffs to Districts to States to Warner Robins and the Southeast Regionals.

Families and fans - thank you for all the support.

Ladies - you are an inspiration.

What you accomplished this spring and summer will inspire so many other girls to dream.

And maybe to pick up a bat and glove, put on a Mallard Creek uniform, put in the work and go chase that dream.

That’s what this is all about.

Be proud girls.

It’s SOUTHEAST REGIONALS GAME DAY!!!!

Our Mallard Creek Majors All-Stars take the field again this morning in an Elimination Bracket Final against the Florida state champions (Lake Mary Little League) at 10am ET.

This game will be broadcast live on ESPN.

The dream of playing in the Little League Softball World Series is still very much alive.

With a win over Florida, the girls would play Virginia tomorrow morning at 10am ET on ESPN in a winner-takes-all Southeast Regional Championship.

We have a final in Warner Robins.

Virginia walks it off in ITB for a nailbiting 2-1 win.

The Mallard Creek ladies are far from finished, though.

They’re back at it in the Elimination Bracket Final tomorrow morning at 10am ET vs Florida.

The game will be broadcasted live on ESPN - not ESPN+

The tournament is modified double elimination.

Win, and our girls are back in a winner-take-all Regional Championship Friday morning.
