What an amazing start to Summer Camp 2026! Below are just a few snapshots of the memories, laughter, and adventures we shared together. ❤️

At Legacy Martial Arts & Fitness, we're dedicated to more than just martial arts and fitness. We believe in building curious minds and strong bodies through all things STEAM—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. 🧪⚙️🎨📚

From hands-on activities and team building to karate training, fitness, and discovery, our campers are learning, growing, and creating friendships that will last a lifetime.

🔪🛡️ A huge THANK YOU to the Chicks Who Carry Gun Group for allowing Legacy Martial Arts & Fitness and The Guardians Circle the opportunity to work with such an amazing group of women this morning!

Today's session focused on the Basics of Knife Defense, a class intentionally designed to bridge the connection between hands, knife, and gun as layers of personal protection.

Our goal was to introduce the knife not as a primary weapon of aggression, but as a practical tool that can help create distance, establish control, and provide a defensive option before transitioning to a more lethal method of self-defense when absolutely necessary.

These ladies showed up ready to learn. They were energetic, engaged, asked great questions, and most importantly, kept an open mind throughout the entire experience.

Self-defense isn't about fear—it's about preparation, awareness, and having options.

What a great way to kick off our Wellness Festival by having this incredible group participate and invest in their personal safety and development.

We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to continuing the conversation around practical, responsible self-defense.

A huge THANK YOU to all of the ladies who joined us today for our Women's Self-Defense Class at Legacy Martial Arts & Fitness!

It takes courage to invest in yourself, your confidence, and your personal safety, and we appreciate each of you for spending part of your Saturday with us. Today's class was filled with great energy, lots of learning, and practical skills that can make a real difference when it matters most.

Our Women's Self-Defense Class is held every third Saturday of the month, and we encourage all women ages 10 and up to attend. Whether you're looking to build confidence, learn personal protection skills, or simply try something new, this class is for you.

Legacy Summer Camp 2026 kicks off in just 10 days!

If you're still looking for a safe, fun, and structured summer program for your child, we have a few spots remaining.
