When asked me what my goals were, I said Teyana Taylor. He chuckled and told me to be realistic. I said, “bet” and kept it pushing. This is not a bash Nick post: He knows me well enough to know how I operate & what that comment was about to do for me.

I digress.

Rather than be sad for his response, I chose to make it work for me. I chose to use it as fuel & motivation. We have a choice in how we respond to ANYTHING life throw us. I’ll say it until I’m blue in the face; we allow things to work for or against us. Might as well choose to make it work for us 🖤✨

Prove them wrong. But most importantly, prove you right. 😘
