Day 41 - Happy Birthday To Me...
Today, I turn 33 years old.
And instead of doing the whole “33 things I learned” thing...
I’m gonna talk about the ONE thing I learned that changed everything.
“I am stronger than I think”
I am capable of so much more than I ever thought.
Despite all the failure and setbacks I faced this last year...
I’ve overcome all of it.
And when I was engulfed in the flames of what felt like my own personal hell...
I had faith I’d get though it.
So whatever you’re dealing with right now...
Don’t quit.
Don’t give up when it gets hard.
Don’t lose hope when the pain becomes too much.
There is more inside of you.
All you have to do is believe it’s there.
But you’ll never really know what you’re capable of until your back is against the wall...
You feel like you’re out of options...
And the only thing you CAN do is give it everything you’ve got.

—Magic Water Challenge: Day 21—
“Courage is being scared to death, but saddling up anyway” - John Wayne.
I never thought I’d say this...
But I’ve been afraid of my morning for the last few weeks.
I always try to go into workouts and push myself...
Challenge myself...
Go to the edge, and then past it.
But that hot room is brutal.
I couldn’t make it through the session without leaving the room...
My mind going into what felt like a full “flight” fear response.
But I got up this morning and went anyway.
I got up and went to the studio, and told my instructor I’ve been afraid to come back.
And she told me “you always go SO hard when you come it. Relax. Take it down to 50%”.
And it changed everything for me.
Had a great session and didn’t once need to collapse on the floor trying to recover...
Or need to leave the room because I thought I was going to die.
Oh, and the trusii H2 water sure has helped with the hydration.

— Magic Water Challenge, Day 5 —
It’s strange how a small tweak to your daily routine can generate what I call “cascading results.”
One small tweak...
One simple change...
One detail you thought was insignificant...
Turns out, it unlocks a chain reaction of changes in your life.
For me? It’s been something as simple as “drink more water”.
I wanted to wake up in the morning feeling fully rested and awake.
I wanted my body to feel strong, flexible, and good.
I wanted to have more focus, concentration, creativity, and productivity in my work.
And by investing WAY more money than I’d normally be comfortable into the H2Pro Elite hydrogen system...
Well, the effects have been immediate.
Drinking more water makes my body feel better.
And all of a sudden, I decided to stop smoking pot every day, because I didn’t need it to help me de stress from my work.
And because I stoped smoking pot, I stopped eating junk food, and opted for healthier choices.
Today?
I decided to not drink coffee because I was sweating LOT when I drank it and I think it’s been causing other side effects I’m not aware of.
Cascading effects.
It starts with one small change.
And that one small change snowballs into another, and another, and another.
Oh, and my abs are starting to show now that I’m living a dramatically healthier life 👑

— You do WHAT before bed? —
When it comes to ...
Morning and evening routines are KEY.
At 9 pm, I get off all screens and start to wind my brain down and prep for sleep @ 10.
Why?
Because high quality rest and recovery is SO crucial to explosive performance.
And seeing as how my job requires lots of creative thinking and problem solving...
Getting good recovery is a MUST when dealing with a high-pressure work environment.
Been experimenting with hydrogen infused water from trusii And it’s helping out big time for recover and mental clarity.

Today is ...
And every class gets me one step closer having the abs I’ve been dreaming about having for 15 years.
Didn’t get quite as much sleep as I’d like (maybe 6 hours), but body is feeling strong, hydrated; and flexible.

Felt AWESOME this morning. More awake and energized than I have been in a long time.
Had a great 6am session and felt stronger and more flexible than I normally do.
And, bonus, I made it all the way through the class without needed to step outside and cool off.

Looking forward to seeing how this impacts the session in the morning.

— , DAY 2 —
Plugged in the machine yesterday... and had a full 24 hours of drinking H2 water...
Today I went to my Pilates class and had one of my best workouts in a long time.
Felt fully hydrated the entire workout.
When I got to points where I’d normally cramp up, hurt, or just want to quit...
I felt my mind clear, let go, and experience the pain sensation in my core while pushing past my limits.
Super excited about this weeks workouts!
