We offer FREE, peer-led workouts every day of the week in South Charlotte, NC. Choose a workout and join us! Workout Schedule:
Monday: Cougar Town Bootcamp (3530 Toringdon Way) 5:15-6 am
Tuesday: Rebel Run / Ruck (Trader Joe's at Piper Glen) 5:15-6 am
Wednesday: Eagle's Nest Bootcamp (McAlpine Elementary School) 5:15-6 am
Thursday: Lone Pine Track Workout (Jay M Robinson Middle School) 5:15-6 am

Friday: Blakeney Burn Bootcamp (Blakeney Shopping Center near 131 Main) 5:15-6 am
Saturday: HWY 51 Bootcamp (Matthews Elementary) 7-7:45 am

Our PAX braved a 17 degree morning today at Rebel Run! Some may have even worn not one, not two, but three layers of pants! 👖 The temps might be, like, really cold, but nothing quite warms the heart like running with friends. 🩵 Come run with us Tuesday mornings at 5:15am! We meet at Trader Joe’s at Piper Glen for 3, 4, and 5 mile routes. 🏃‍♀️

🚨❄️Hwy 51 is cancelled tomorrow (12/24) due to the extremely cold temperature 🚨❄️. It is going to be 12 at the start and here in South Charlotte we are not equipped for being outside in those kinds of freezing temps for an extended time. Brakeman's ☕ is closed tomorrow too! ☹️ Stay cuddled up at home with your loved ones 👯‍♂️🐕 😺 and we'll catch you next Saturday! 🎄🤶 ❤️

It’s the always free, always together, always believe in yourself relay. It’s FiA51, and It’s BACK!!

Like All things FiA, we believe we are Better Together, and this little homegrown-gone-wild relay is our way of celebrating All that we are capable of, Together!

Runners, walkers, ruckers, woggers, veterans and relay newbies are all welcome. The best part? No FiA Left Behind!!
